Physician Assistants write more than 330 million prescriptions a year and have prescribing privileges in all 50 states. You can reach and teach hundreds of PAs in one 45-minute Product Theater session. These opportunities are held in the general session room at educational conferences offered by the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. There are several conferences held each year at numerous venues across the country, attracting attendees from all 50 states. These events are at educationally conducive venues with attendance ranging from 200-800. Attendees include nurse practitioners in addition to PAs. Product Theater sessions provide an opportunity for you to offer information on specific products and/or therapeutic areas with these prescribers in an interactive setting with multiple opportunities for measurement and feedback.

Your presentation may be promotional or can concentrate on a specific product or drug. Product Theaters are scheduled to be non-competitive with any other educational programming and all registered conference attendees are encouraged to attend.
More than 80,000 PAs practice in many fields including primary care, pediatrics, surgery, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, and emergency medicine. They write prescriptions, make diagnoses, order and interpret tests, and recommend OTC medications.
Reach Healthcare Prescribers Affordably and Cost Effectively
Here are our most popular options:
- $45 per conference attendee includes a non-competitive 45-minute session in a private meeting room with logistical support.
- $65 per conference attendee includes all of the above plus food and beverage expenses for a breakfast or lunch session.
- $95 per conference attendee includes all of the above plus an Audience Response System to allow for pre- and post-testing of the audience.
- $110 per conference attendee includes all of the above plus one email survey to the attendees for follow up purposes. In this final option, we will conduct the survey, collect results, and provide a written report to the supporting company. The company may determine the questions to ask as part of the survey.
- In addition, an administrative fee of $5000 is payable to the Association. This covers the services of our Director of Events, who will personally administer your program prior to and post-conference. It also includes coordination of specific details pertaining to the production of the program and covers the cost of on-site administrative support.
- Full payment is due to association if Product Theater is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.

More Information
- Product Theater sponsors are free to provide information to conference attendees on a subject (and speaker) of its choice while showcasing its products and services to this target market.
- Your support of Product Theaters will receive special recognition on your onsite signage. In addition, we can insert a promotional announcement (with text provided by you) on the Product Theaters in the registration bags received by all conference attendees.
- Additional marketing opportunities are available such as lanyards, registration bags, a link to the sponsors website, welcome reception/social events, fun run, blood drive, and more.
- We will provide logistical assistance for your Product Theater presentation, including the meeting room, audiovisual equipment (screen, microphone, laser pointer, LCD projector, and a computer loaded with PowerPoint), and nice catered meal for attendees (generally served either plated or buffet).
We can also send out an email to all pre-registered attendees advertising your Product Theater (with text provided by you).
Finally, we can provide you an electronic file of all PAs attending the conference.
